Holland & Farrant Parent Hub – Terms & Conditions

1. Bookings & Payments

  • Places on all classes, courses, and workshops must be booked in advance.
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

2.1 Cancellations by Participants

  • Full refund: If you cancel 7 days or more before the start date of your class or workshop.
  • No refund: If you cancel within 7 days of the start date or after the course has begun.

2.2 Cancellations by Holland & Farrant Parent Hub

  • In the unlikely event that we must cancel or reschedule a class or workshop, you will be offered:
    • A transfer to another date (if available), or
    • A full refund.
  • We are not responsible for any additional costs incurred by participants (e.g., travel, childcare, parking costs).

3. Attendance & Participation

  • Please arrive on time to ensure the session runs smoothly for all participants.
  • If you miss a session within a multi-week course, refunds or make-up sessions may not be available.
  • Participation is at your discretion, and you should notify the facilitator of any physical, emotional, or health considerations relevant to your involvement.

4. Respectful Behaviour

Holland & Farrant Parent Hub promotes a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment.
We ask that all participants:

  • Treat staff, facilitators, and other participants with courtesy and respect.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding personal information shared in sessions.
  • Use respectful language and behaviour at all times.

Any behaviour considered disruptive, discriminatory, or disrespectful may result in removal from a session or course without refund.

5. Health & Safety

  • All information shared within classes and workshops is educational in nature and does not replace personalised medical care.
  • Always seek guidance from your Midwife, GP, Health Visitor, or other Health Professional if you have concerns about your or your baby’s wellbeing.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that you are medically fit to take part in any activity offered.

6. Liability

  • Holland & Farrant Parent Hub accepts no liability for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property while attending sessions, except where caused by our negligence.

7. Data Protection

We will not share your details with third parties without your consent.

Personal data collected during bookings will be used solely for the purpose of administering your course or contacting you regarding relevant information.
