You and Your Newborn, 3 week Antenatal course

When – Thursday 9th, 16th and 23nd April 2026 from 19.15-20.45

Where – The Bradbury Centre, Wokingham

Time and time again, the families we support tell us the same thing:

“We wish we had learnt more about caring for a newborn while we were pregnant.”

Antenatal education often focuses heavily on labour and birth, with only a brief glance at what happens once your baby is actually here.

As two experienced midwives, qualified lactation consultants, and mums of three ourselves, we understand firsthand that the real adventure begins after you bring your baby home. That’s why we created a course that goes far beyond the basics, one that provides the practical knowledge, confidence, and calm you need to thrive during those precious, challenging first weeks.

A Course Designed for Real Life With Your Newborn

Our three‑week course is perfect for parents who are 28 weeks pregnant and beyond. Unlike traditional antenatal classes, we focus entirely on what happens after birth. From the very first moments with your baby through the fourth trimester. You’ll learn what to expect, how to respond, and how to care for your baby in a way that feels instinctive, gentle, and supported. You and Your Newborn – 3 week Antenatal Course to prepare for the start of your parenting journey
